What is your wedding style?

Much of your day will be photographed in a documentary style and I will remain in the background capturing your day as it unfolds. However, some direction may be required in order to create a truly amazing set of images.

I will photograph your wedding with passion, whether it’s capturing a natural portrait of you both or the little details of your day. Every picture will have an emotional pull that you will love forever.

I’d like a different package to the ones on offer. Are you able to do this?

Absolutely. If you have something different in mind let me know what it is and I will create a package that is totally unique to you and your wedding day.

Do you shoot more than one wedding on one day?

Never. It is my strong belief that every couple should receive 100% dedication from their photographer and this would not be possible should I be shooting more than one wedding a day.

Do you charge travel expenses?

For all weddings within 50 miles drive of Ross-on-Wye, travel expenses are included in the price. For weddings further afield, there may be some additional costs for overnight accommodation and travel.

How long will the photographs take?

That all depends on you and your day. If you would like some formal group shots, I recommend no more than six or seven shots and that these are taken somewhere close to your drinks reception. These will usually take a maximum of 20 minutes.

I strongly recommend taking some time out away from your guests so that I can capture some portraits of just you both. In my experience, most couples enjoy this as an opportunity to take a breather and relax. This can take anything from 10 minutes through to an hour. It all depends on how much time you would both like to spend on photographs of just you. Timings are usually discussed at the pre-wedding meeting so that they are factored in to your order of events.

How many photographs will you take and how many will I receive?

There are many factors which will determine how many photographs I take on your wedding day but the main factor is the duration of coverage. Naturally, the longer I spend at your wedding the more photographs I will take. Rest assured that regardless of the number of photographs I actually take, they will be carefully edited to ensure that you receive the best images of your day.

By way of example, for a half day coverage I would take somewhere around 400 to 600 photographs, of which you would receive around 300 to 500 professionally edited images.

Do you provide images on disk?

Of course. In this modern age many couples want digital copies of their photographs so having your images on disk is an option available which ever duration of coverage you choose.

I know I want you to photograph my wedding. How do I book?

Fantastic! All you need to do is complete a booking form and return it along with a deposit of £250. This secures your date and my services exclusively for you. The remaining balance is then due two weeks prior to your wedding. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit card.

Do you cover international weddings?

Absolutely. I love to travel and that means destination weddings are a welcome opportunity. Each wedding abroad is completely one of a kind and so requires a bespoke package. Please contact me to discuss your day.

Do you have insurance in case anything goes wrong?

Of course. In any business nowadays it would be remiss not to have insurance and for your peace of mind as well as mine, I have specialist public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

Do you photograph anything other than weddings?

I specialise in weddings but I also do commercial and event photography. On the personal side, I love spending time capturing the antics of our crazy Springer Spaniel and beautiful daughter as she grows and develops.
